Immune Repertoire Sequencing Fundamentals

TCR/BCR sequencing, V(D)J recombination, library prep principles, QC and preprocessing of immune repertoire data.

Day 1
Repertoire Analysis with MiXCR & VDJtools

Clonotype detection, repertoire diversity, clonal expansion metrics, visualisation of immune repertoire landscapes.

Day 2
CRISPR-Cas9 Fundamentals & sgRNA Design

Mechanism of CRISPR-Cas9, guide RNA design tools (Benchling, CRISPOR), off-target prediction, efficiency scoring.

Day 2
T-Cell Engineering Computational Pipeline

CAR-T cell design principles, integration site analysis, safety considerations, computational validation of constructs.

Day 3
Case Studies & Your Data

Published immunotherapy dataset walkthroughs, troubleshooting session, bring your own data — run your own pipeline.
